✅ Why chiropractic can help headaches

Headaches often stem from:
• Muscle tension (commonly from stress, posture, screen use)
• Joint dysfunction in the neck/upper spine
• Restricted movement in the cervical spine
• Nerve irritation or compression
• Trigger points in neck and shoulder muscles

The Chiropractic Biophysics method in particular helps to correct the structure of the misalignment in the spine, especially the cervical spine for headaches. This will give more sustained results to reduce and relieve headaches, and sometimes never return.

They listened to many inspiring speakers and it was the 25th anniversary of the UCA, They took their kids with them to enjoy the weekend too.

Back Pain sufferers be like!

We showed up at the offices on Brook drive on Green Park Reading today to do spine and posture checks!

Not to be dramatic BUT!

Back pain and neck pain is normally the final symptom of spinal misalignments and issues. Benefits of good posture are: protection of the spine and joints, reducing pain & tightness, improved breathing and energy, and great posture exudes health and confidence in the way you hold yourself!

Even if you’re not experiencing any back or neck pain symptoms now, having poor posture could lead to spinal degeneration down the line. It can put chronic stress on the spinal structure causing it to go further out of alignment. This has put uneven pressure on the spinal discs causing bulges, degeneration, herniations, reduced blood flow, chronic pain, numbness and tingling.
