1️⃣ Text neck (slouching + looking down at your phone) can cause forward neck posture, rounded shoulders and over curvature of the thoracic spine

Here we are sharing a client being set up in their personalised traction to help to achieve neck curve correction.

This lady had her hands on chiropractic adjustment first then did her specific corrective exercises to mobilise and warm up her body for the traction. We are using the Chiropractic biophysics technique to correct the neck curve. Spinal misalignment in the neck can lead to poor posture, neck & shoulder pain, headaches, migraines, and affect the function of the nervous system. My improving the neck curve the results can be much more sustainable.

There are only a handful of clinics in the UK that offer this technique.

Amazing changes from Jo in only 10 chiropractic and traction appointments 🥳🎉

Jo came to see us after decades of suffering. She had been injured in the early 90's and soldiered on working as a nurse. Despite traditional medical care's best efforts, she was at a loss. She had already had two spinal surgeries.

We are so pleased to report how well Jo is doing (see pics). It is especially meaningful to be able to provide care for someone who has dedicated their life to helping others.
