Hi all!
Just a little note to say, reminders will start to be sent out both a week before your appointment and the day before. This is due to a high number of cancellations occurring the evening before or often the day of an appointment.
I will also be implementing a cancellation charge at the full cost of your treatment should a cancellation happen within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Hopefully the reminder at the beginning of the week will allow plenty of time for any appointment changes that need to be made.
I am so grateful for all of your continued support and I really do hope you understand.
