My Slimming Medics journey

I’ve always been apple-shaped, carrying most of my weight around my middle. I’ve lost weight before, but only during periods of extreme stress – and it always returned.

As Christmas approached, my clothes felt uncomfortably tight. I realised I had a choice: keep buying bigger sizes or finally address the issue properly.

The change may not be immediately obvious on me. I tend to lose weight everywhere else first, while my stomach is always the last to shift. But the numbers and how my clothes feel tell their own story.
