I utilise a minimally invasive concept to achieve my aesthetic results which decrease the risks and discomfort involved in treatment. My 'ABC' approach involves Alignment of teeth, Bleaching of the teeth and finishing with Composite bonding. This often allows creation of the perfect smile without undergoing the more destructive procedures like porcelain veneers and crowns. I only utilise these procedures as last resort when it is absolutely necessary to improve the appearance further.

Discoloured teeth are common after a dental injury. It doesn’t always mean the tooth is “dead”. The staining is from internal bruising from the injured pulp. In this case the tooth was alive and so we could not internally whiten the tooth which works very well. Instead we did 4 weeks of external whitening alone which improved the appearance drastically. This can be topped up by the patient as and when needed in the customised bleaching trays provided.
