Back with a bang!

I am back to work full time this week, albiet with a few changes.

Massage is back - But only for existing clients, to ensure you get priority. I am not taking on any new Massage clients for now.

Because of this, I wont put Massage back on the booking system just yet, as I have no control over who books in that way, therefore please book in directly via phone, text or email.

Alll other treatments can still be booked via the booking system, as usual.

Massage appointments will be limited to the earlier slots in the day, when I am less likely to compromise my working posture.

Ideal time to arrive?
5 mins before your treatment time- Any earlier & I might have a mouthful of salad! 🤣 Any later, it impacts on your treatment time.

What should I wear?

Flip flops & your favourite top are a no go - You will have oil or lotion on you & I don't want you breaking your ankle on your way home, or spending hours at the sink with the Vanish! 😬

Do you need to prepare?

Make sure you have eaten a light meal a couple of hours previously - You don't want blood sugar to drop, nor have a full stomach.
Be well hydrated - Your Lymphatic system will be grateful! It's gonna need it!

& Switch the bloody phone off!!!! This is YOUR time for YOU! Work can wait!

What should I do after?

Keep the phone off - Trust me - You will thank me! 🤣
STAY well hydrated - Avoid caffeine & alcohol - the body is trying to eliminate toxins & you will feel sluggish if you dont.
Avoid strenuous activity & take some time to rest - You may feel sleepy! 😴🥱

I had an absolutely delicious private swim this afternoon

My picture doesnt do it justice, but it was such a treat to have the pool to ourselves & it was so warm & clean.

Swimming is great for the joints, and the mind, so this ticked all of the boxes for me right now & I left feeling very relaxed & Zen.

I will definitely be going back.
