What an absolutely incredible Annual Winter Conference we had at the stunning Lansdowne Club in Mayfair! ❄️✨

This year’s event was our biggest yet, with over 150 amazing team members coming together to celebrate everything we’ve achieved at The Massage Company and to look ahead at the exciting future we’re building together.

From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere was electric — full of energy, connection, and pride. It was a chance for our teams from across the UK to pause, reflect, and celebrate a year filled with growth, milestones, and countless examples of the magic of massage transforming the wellbeing of our members and guests.

We were truly honoured to welcome two incredible speakers .oaten , who moved and inspired us with her powerful story and heartfelt message, and who gave us so much insight into member experience, behaviour, and the evolution of our industry. Their talks ignited meaningful conversations and gave us all plenty to think about as we look toward the future.

A huge and heartfelt thank you goes to for the fantastic donations toward our goodie bags and sponsoring our awards 🎁 The feedback from our team has been wonderful they absolutely loved them, and it added such a special touch to the day.
