Stoicism, an ancient Greek philosophy, offers timeless wisdom for navigating life's challenges. By practicing self-control, inner peace, and resilience, Stoics aimed to live a good life, regardless of external circumstances.

One of the core Stoic principles is amor fati, which translates to "love of fate." This philosophy encourages us to embrace whatever life throws our way, good or bad.

Epictetus, a renowned Stoic philosopher, expressed this idea succinctly: "Donโ€™t hope that events will turn out the way you want, welcome events in whichever way they happen: this is the path to peace."

By practicing Stoic techniques like journaling, meditation, and negative visualisation, we can develop a more resilient and positive outlook. We can learn to let go of things beyond our control and focus on what we can influence.
