Come on people...it’s not too late to get into shape for Christmas.

Monday’s from 1.30-2.30pm and Wednesdays 8-9pm. St Barnabas Church Hall, Emmer Green, Reading. Only £6 for a drop in.

Bring a drink of water and wear something comfortable.

All abilities, shapes and sizes are welcome.

There are still spaces available in my Monday class (1.30-2.30pm) and my Wednesday class (8-9pm).

Please feel free to come along at either of these times to discover how yoga can help you to tone up, increase your core strength, make you feel calm and relaxed and help with existing injuries, aches and pains.

Both classes operate on a drop in basis, £6 per session (£3 for students and OAPs).

I am proud to offer yoga to everyone who wants to try it. All abilities, sizes and ages welcome.

Men find my classes particularly helpful and therefore I am offering a free taster session to any men out there who wish to come.
