On Tuesday 11th November, Circle Reading Hospital welcomed patients for a free event which was delivered by Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Abrar Hussain and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Amber Johnston.

The event offered an engaging session where patients could access Dr Hussain and Dr Johnston's invaluable knowledge to support them in managing stress and anxiety. Patients also benefited from receiving insight from our experts on the latest research from neuroscience and mind-body research which came with resourceful guidance on how we can build resilience to stresses, traumas and bad habits.
