Sometimes, it really grates on me when people say it… but yep 😅 consistency is key.

Today—despite being ill—I hit a PB deadlift after my second child and did it COMPLETELY 👏 BACK 👏 PAIN 👏 FREE 👏

Since stepping away from competitive rowing at 18, lower back pain was just “normal” for me. Until it wasn’t.
The shift? Slowly building core strength, stretching, and foam rolling—consistently. Not perfectly. Not every day. Just showing up over time.

My body isn’t where it was pre-pregnancy, but I’m beyond proud of what it can do 💪
I now truly understand what it takes to live pain-free—strength work, massage, and the right rehab support.

Honestly, reviews like this make my heart so warm. I put a lot into every massage I do. It isn't just about loosening certain muscles and knots. It's about really connecting with someone and understanding what they need holistically as well as physically.

A complete nervous system reset is so often needed these days with such a high mental load on all of us. Reset and recharge!
