This award celebrates those remarkable individuals who make a genuine difference, whether as a mentor, coach, mental health ally, champion of DEI initiatives, or simply someone who brings joy and positivity to our daily work lives.

Reflecting the incredible spirit of our team, this category received the highest number of nominations! Among them, one name truly stood out: Mai-Qwai Noon!

We got into the festive spirit last week, donning our brightest, boldest jumpers for Christmas Jumper Day!

For every photo shared on our internal comms, our parent company generously donated £50 to Trussell, an incredible charity supporting people facing hardship with emergency food and practical help during the holidays and beyond.

With a record number of photos submitted, we are proud to reveal that we have raised a whooping £13,000 for this incredible cause!

Movember may be over, but the fight for men’s health continues.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, complimented our moustaches or cheered on our team. Thanks to you, we raised over £860 to help change the face of men’s health.

While the moustaches might come off, the mission continues. Men’s mental health, su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer remain critical issues and too many men are still dying young from preventable causes. So, let’s keep the momentum going: keep checking in, keep speaking up and keep encouraging the men in your life to look after their health and wellbeing.

Throughout the month we sparked conversations by growing our Mos, enjoyed weekly lunchtime walks together and celebrated the incredible men in our lives.

A special congratulations and thank you to Jason Beasley, Ben Price and Cameron James - aka Team Mo-lecules of Change - for proudly growing their Mos and raising vital funds for this important cause.

Here’s to continuing the conversation and supporting men’s health all year round.

Our sponsored Dogs for Good pup has officially turned two!

Ludo celebrated in style with a homemade dog-friendly cake, plenty of new toys (including a very cute Highland cow teddy!) and lots of love from his family.

He spent his big day doing what he does best - supporting patients at Inverclyde Royal Hospital alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and helping with stroke rehabilitation exercises. Unsurprisingly, he is already a firm favourite with patients and staff alike!

Ludo’s birthday ended with even more treats and a brand-new rabbit toy from the hospital team.

We are thrilled he had such a special day and look forward to hearing about his on-going adventures.
