As the year draws to a close, we would like to take a moment to celebrate the incredible work of Dogs for Good and our sponsored puppy Ludo.

During his training placement, Ludo has supported almost 40 activities and interventions across Inverclyde, helping individuals with dementia and stroke recovery.

Ludo truly thrives when working with groups. He makes friends wherever he goes and is already making a meaningful difference to the wellbeing and welfare of everyone he supports.

His impact was even recognised by the hospital where he assists, who featured Ludo in their Christmas tree decoration competition. We don’t know the winners yet, but we think you will agree that Ludo deserves top spot!

We would like to wish Dogs for Good, the wonderful Ludo and all our clients a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year!

Celebrating excellence at the RSSL Awards!

Last week, we were thrilled to announce the winners of our annual RSSL Awards, a celebration of the incredible talent, dedication and values that drive our business forward. With seven award categories, each aligned to our core company values, this year’s competition was truly inspiring.

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on our exceptional colleagues by showcasing each of our winners.

First Up: Significant Contribution to RSSL Priorities 🏅

This prestigious award recognises individuals who have made a meaningful and positive impact across the organisation. After a highly competitive shortlist, we’re delighted to announce that the award was deservedly presented to William Jones! 🎉

Since joining Food Sciences, Will has raised the bar across our key priorities, bringing the best practices from his previous team while offering fresh perspectives to strengthen our own. From elevating quality in HPLC sequence writing to ensuring we deliver the very best outcomes for our clients, Will has been instrumental in driving excellence.

He truly exemplifies ex*****on with excellence, embracing a growth opportunity in a new role and embedding outstanding working practices from day one.

Well done, Will! This is an outstanding achievement and a testament to your dedication, innovation and impact.

Congratulations as well to our impressive shortlist: Sean Meenan, Jessica Hayward, Samantha Birkett and Jennifer Galliflent-Holmes.

Stay tuned as we continue celebrating our amazing team and their accomplishments throughout the week!

Movember may be over, but the fight for men’s health continues.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, complimented our moustaches or cheered on our team. Thanks to you, we raised over £860 to help change the face of men’s health.

While the moustaches might come off, the mission continues. Men’s mental health, su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer remain critical issues and too many men are still dying young from preventable causes. So, let’s keep the momentum going: keep checking in, keep speaking up and keep encouraging the men in your life to look after their health and wellbeing.

Throughout the month we sparked conversations by growing our Mos, enjoyed weekly lunchtime walks together and celebrated the incredible men in our lives.

A special congratulations and thank you to Jason Beasley, Ben Price and Cameron James - aka Team Mo-lecules of Change - for proudly growing their Mos and raising vital funds for this important cause.

Here’s to continuing the conversation and supporting men’s health all year round.
