If you are struggling with pain and would like to join our 'holistic approach to coping with pain' sessions please contact the office on 01642 989198 or email on office@linkct.org.uk

People who have attended previous sessions testimonials
'Meeting others and being able to have discussions about what's personally worked for each of us; having that shared understanding of pain/peer support.'
'the course was a great reminder of what I'm already doing and what I could perhaps do a bit more to help with my pain.'

These are relaxed, informal sessions with other peers for support, we run these sessions once we have enough numbers for it to run successfully

Our Walking group braved the icy cold weather on Tuesday and had a chat with a land yacht skipper enjoying our wonderful beach, we often see them from our office window and understand why they come to one of the longest beaches in the area.

He had travelled over from Elvington near York where there is York Land Yacht Club, this is there web page if you would like more information on this extreme sport
