👉 Every one of my clients sessions is planned and TRACKED down to every last detail - exercise, height (down to each plate stacked!), reps, sets, weight, how they felt during the exercise, pain/discomfort levels... the list could go on

It really doesn't matter what level you start at, leave the ego at the door and put 💯 into each rep

Take small steps each week and you soon start to see results😌
