A weekend full of bravery and courage ✌️

i went to my first ever Ecstatic dance session Friday night, dancing, raving, jumping barefoot completely sober with a group of strangers.

And today i got my first ever tattoos 🫶🏻

I spent 2 days with the most inspirational women in Glasgow a while back, we trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Therapy 🫶🏻

The best training iv attended so far, they definitely took the Holistic approach, we spoke all things spiritual, gut health, food, health fads & biohacking, all my favourite subjects.
I just wish they were closer to home 🤍

Many people say they dont like their feet being touched, Reflexology is different to light tickles. Pressure points are pressed/manipulated and most people lay in a state of relaxation, give it a go !
If you dont like it, then we can stop and try another treatment ☺️
