STRONG MUMS CLASSES ARE BACK!!
These courses and classes are unlike other mum and baby classes, this isn’t simply just a workout, this is so much more! ⠀
Proudly in partnership with the awesome Crossfit RTV we are so excited to be bringing our STRONG MUMS classes to you via Zoom starting Friday 22nd January!
Our STRONG MUMS FOUNDATION COURSE is a fantastic starting point for all mums and mums to be. Over the 4 weeks you will learn how to connect with your core and pelvic floor, find balance, build strength and begin progressively rehabbing or preparing for the physical challenges of motherhood, returning to and maintaining fitness.
Our STRONG MUMS GROUP CLASS is an awesome weekly class with tailored workouts designed specifically with mums in mind. We blend core and pelvic floor exercises with functional movements to help you progressively build strength, fitness and endurance. This is the perfect follow on from the STRONG MUMS FOUNDATION COURSE.
This class has a lively, fun atmosphere, and since running all through lockdown a real sense of community has developed!
These are friendly and inclusive classes that are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
All mamas must have been cleared for returning to exercise by their healthcare provider and be a minimum of 6/8 weeks postpartum.
Classes run on a 4 weekly basis and are 45 minutes.
£30 for 4 weeks
£20 for RTV members

Classes are coached by Rose, a specialist in Pre and Postnatal Strength and Conditioning, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and a POP (pelvic organ prolapse) Exercise Professional.
