📅 Saturday 9am and 10am Bootcamps
📅 Sunday 10am Bootcamps

🔥 Focus: strength, conditioning, and consistent progress

🎄🎄Over the Christmas period Todd’s Training will be closed on the main days which are 🎄🎄

🤶From 12pm Christmas Eve
🎅Christmas Day
🤶Boxing Day
🎅New Year’s Eve
🤶New Year’s Day

Classes won’t run on Friday the 2nd of January.

We will be open inbetween Christmas and New Year and running classes and PT’s as normal 😁. From the 3rd of January everything will be running as if nothing has happened 😂💪🏽.

In the build-up to the festive season—with all the extra eating and drinking—I’ve created a Fitness Advent Calendar for us to count down to Christmas together.

I want picture proof/video evidence of each day’s challenge, and there will be a prize for the most committed member! 🎁

Each day there will be a new exercise to complete

1st of December - 20 Squats
2nd of December- 20 Russian twists
3rd of December - 20 lunges
4th of December - 10 tricep dips (use your bottom step for these 😁)
5th of December - 25 star jumps
6th of December - 10 press ups
7th of December - 20 sumo squats
8th of December- 20 bicycle crunches
9th of December - 10 burpees
10th of December- 1 minute Wall sit
11th of December - 1 minute Mountain climbers
12th of December - 20 calf raises
13th of December - 25 Glut bridges
14th of December - 20 Side lunges
15th of December - 20 side to side heel touches (core)
