STAR Scheme ELM Alliance Ltd (Eston, Langbaurgh and Middlesbrough) is 100% owned by the local GP Practices. Book via 111.

It provides patient primary care from 6.30pm to 8am every day and 24hrs weekends and Bank Holidays, and 7 day services to care homes. We have four South Tees Access and Response (STAR) extended hour GP centres across the South Tees area. These are being run by ELM Alliance - a group of local GPs - to improve access to their services outside the current core hours of care. Our aim is simple – we want to extend evening and weekend opening times for patients from 6pm to 9.30pm – Monday to Friday – and 8am to 9.30pm on weekends and bank holidays and also ensure you’re getting the right care, first time through a single point of access - through NHS 111.
