✨ Simple ways to practice self-care this week:

Take regular breaks and rest when your body needs it

Go for a walk or spend time outdoors

Stay connected with friends, family, or community groups

👨🏻‍🦱💙 It’s Movember – Let’s Talk Men’s Health! 💙👨🏾‍🦱

November is Movember, a month dedicated to raising awareness of men’s health issues — including mental health, su***de prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Every moustache grown this month starts important conversations and helps fund life-changing projects supporting men’s wellbeing across the UK.

👨‍⚕️ Why Movember matters:

Men are less likely to seek help for mental health concerns.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young men.

💬 So this November, let’s check in on our dads, brothers, partners, and friends.
A simple “How are you doing, really?” can make a big difference.

You don’t have to grow a moustache to show support — share this message, start a conversation, or learn more about men’s health through trusted NHS resources below:
