🆕Warmth on Prescription Support Available Now!

We’re pleased to share an important scheme funded by the Worcestershire Household Support Fund (UK Government) to help eligible patients with heating and electricity costs.
It’s all about keeping people warm, safe and well at home this winter. 🏡❤️

Are you eligible?
✔️ You live in Worcestershire
✔️ Your household income is £31,000 or less (before tax) or you receive a means-tested benefit
✔️ You have no savings
• Pension-age residents can have up to £5,000 each (maximum £10,000 per pensioner household)

If you meet the criteria, our Social Prescribers can support you with the Warmth on Prescription application.
