We have had lots going on here which has meant I've been a lot slower posting chakras on here than I'd planned. Things are coming together & I will get better at this social media malarky!
Firstly we are excited to share with you all that we are expecting our second child in Jan24 🥰. Don't panic I plan to continue to do treatments as long as I am able to do so.
On top of this excitement, I have been looking into development workshops & training in other holistic treatments to be able to offer more to my clients.
I have ordered some clothes with my logo on & have been discussing some initial thoughts for a treatment room at home. So many exciting things going on, feeling very grateful ❤️ x

Morning All, apologies for the silence recently. My little girl starts school in September so we've been getting school ready with uniform shopping & school induction mornings. She is so excited!
What is with this summer weather?? Let's brighten this dull morning with the yellow of the Solar Plexus Chakra. Symbolised by the 10 petaled lotus flower with a triangle in the middle. This chakra is located around your stomach area, just above your navel & is linked to your liver, spleen, gallbladder, pancreas & small intestine. The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with the element of fire. This chakra is about transformation, our ability to be confident, assertive & make decisions.
When your Solar Plexus chakra is in a state of balance you feel confident, self-motivated, have a sense of purpose, you're reliable & have a good sense of humour.
When imbalanced or blocked you can over analyse, be angry & irrational, have low self esteem, low self confidence & have a need for lots of reassurance from others.

Can you relate with any of the chakras balances or imbalances so far?

Have you heard of Chakras?
The word Chakra means wheel in Sanskrit and symbolises the flow of energy in our body. Chakras are energy centres or wheels of energy situated along your spine, running from the top of your head to the base of your spine.
Each Chakra is associated with specific organs, issues, emotions, colours and elements. Chakras can become out of balance & Reiki treatments can help unblock and rebalance them. Over the next few weeks I will introduce you to the Chakras, their associated organs & their imbalanced & balanced expressions.
