I began my career in the funeral profession at the age of 14 (1981) after my Nan’s death, the first funeral I ever attended, I was heartbroken yet in awe of the proceedings.

She was a strong Welsh Lady and I expected only the very best for her, this she didn’t receive. Everything was so wrong, no care or attention was given to one of the most important Ladies in my life.

At that moment I realised that other families deserved only the best.

In 1997, Thomas Brothers was formed.
