LIFT has close to 60 appointments on this week!!!

Here’s a quick look at what we treat and why people treat us to get them back doing the things they love 💪🏻

We love our jobs and are incredibly privileged to be trusted in peoples rehab journeys and delivering dream outcomes on a weekly basis 🙏🏻

Lower back pain can be extremely limiting if not managed appropriately.

We see people struggling with this on a weekly basis in clinic.

It is the leading cause of disability in the UK.

If you are fed up of being limited by your back, feel free to book a FREE call to discuss how we can help you with it 💪🏻📈

Over the past 2 years we’ve been working so hard on LIFT that at times we’ve forgot to be friends. We’ve had a great time in the Lakes, spent some quality time together and haven’t stopped laughing all weekend. It’s made us all realise how important weekends like this are and they’ll be a lot more frequent in the future. We’re coming back even more motivated ready to drive the clinic forward 🚀

Comment “ACL” to sign up to our FREE ACL workshop

50% of ACL athletes never return to their pre-injury level.

Up to 30% will go on to suffer a second ACL injury.

The stats are scary.

We’re not here to scare you.
We’re here to make you aware.

If you want to return to the sport you love, you need to work harder than you’ve ever worked before.

And when people ask us,
“How hard do I need to work?”

Here’s the honest answer:
You need to be stronger than you’ve ever been in your life.

That doesn’t happen with generic rehab sheets or basic bodyweight exercises.

It takes structure.

It takes progressive strength work.

It takes clear return-to-sport benchmarks.

So we’re hosting a FREE ACL Workshop where we’re breaking down exactly how we take athletes after ACL surgery and build them into the strongest, most resilient version of themselves, ready to return to sport safely.

🗓 23rd March 2026

Some recent client feedback…

We’re now at 124 5 star Google reviews and we cant quite believe it.

When we started LIFT 2 years ago, if you’d have told us we’d have helped 124 people get back to sport/activity let alone receive 125 fantastic 5 star reviews we would have said you were crazy.

Seeing the reviews come in means more to us than anything at LIFT!

What happened at LIFT this week?

1. Ben went to watch complete an ACL reconstruction

2. Cian has been striving to get the most accurate quad strength data he possibly can and he thinks he’s cracked it (nice facial expression)

3. Greg has been working hard with working on his biomechanics

4. started more advanced plyometric exercises to progress his running and help his knee handle more load

5. I mentioned Cian wanting more reliable data for testing… this is part of his new set up

6. We announced our first ever in person event! If you know anyone who’s had an ACL injury tell them about this course!
