I can now use these as part of our treatment plan for your feet. Both are really useful tools to help reduce inflammation and promote good healing, helping to reduce discomfort in the feet.

Just finished the most amazing day learning about the uses of zinc oxide tape, kinesiology tape, different padding styles for orthotics and the use of therapeutic ultrasound ( which among other things can help ease pain). It also included red light therapy to reduce inflammation. Need to buy a gadget and put together a plan / information leaflet before I can offer treatments but so excited at having different ways to make feet and lower limbs feel fantastic.
