When your gorgeous friend () comes in for her monthly maintenance 💆‍♀️✨

These sessions are always a vibe — equal parts therapy and non-stop catch-up!
Between the laughs, we get straight to work on all the areas that need a little extra love.

This time we started with seated Tuina massage, flowed into an Indonesian oil massage through the arms and pectorals, added some GuaSha magic, and finished strong with cups.

Honestly… Kate’s face at the end says it all. That post-treatment glow hits differently 👌

Hi, I’m Kris 👋 — and I’m on a mission to get the West Midlands moving differently.

By day, you’ll find me in the office. I know exactly what it’s like to spend 8 hours at a desk, dealing with the stiff neck, tight hips, and the "3 PM slump." 🖥️

That’s actually how my journey began. I needed a way to reclaim my movement, and that’s when I found Animal Flow 🦎

I am currently the only active Animal Flow instructor in the West Midlands. Why does that matter to you? Because I bring a unique, barefoot approach to fitness that you won’t find in your standard local gym. 🦶

Working the Scaps, Traps, Delts and Rhomboids in this session with Electro Acupuncture.

The client was struggling with pain sleeping, working and lifting in the gym.

Using our specialist needling with our electro acupuncture, the pain was completely gone after the session.
All that was left was a very relaxed joint and group of muscles and a very smily, happy client.
