We had the lovely and his beautiful wife Vic with us showcasing and Tropic.
We held two animal flow taster sessions, Andy did a very quick demonstration of our traditional Yanagi sword Kata's and a fire cupping session.

This class is is all about movement, opening the body and developing core strength.

Join Andy and Rebecca for an afternoon centred around reconnection and 'recentring' our energy systems.
Realign Mind, Body and Spirit.

The afternoon will start with a warm welcome from your hosts and then move into an hour long yoga session led by the amazing Rebecca. This session will focus on specific yoga poses and transitions that will aid in opening and realigning the chakra centres.

Andy will lead the group in breathwork and vocal toning techniques that you will really feel. Here you will learn several methods for using chakra tones to open, balance and align your chakras, using just the power of your own voice.
Don't worry, you don't have to be a great singer, or even a good one. You just have to be able to make a noise.

Finally, we finish with a beautiful cacao ceremony and group vocal toning, including some of our wonderful musical instruments. Here you will all lie in savasana poses, allowing the body and mind to relax and energies to flow freely.

Cupping and red light therapy go hand in hand....

This follows a deep tissue oil massage to the back and glutes (and a good chat).

This is all to increase, blood flow. Release tight muscle and fascia and promote movement.
