So, after thinking it was repaired, my IT saga is still ongoing. If you are waiting for an email from me, please reach out to me over socials or whatsapp as I have discovered that I have not been receiving all emails.

Also, if you have received an email from me that is not the usual session follow up / worksheet /audio etc, then please don't open as it may be dodgy - if in doubt, please reach out.

***Emotional Reasoning***

Emotional reasoning is a thought distortion where we believe our emotions are facts.

But our emotions arent facts, they're signals. Not every uncomfortable feeling is a sign you’re doing something wrong, in fact it can be a sign you’re doing something new and stepping out of comfort zone.

So next time you find yourself experiencing Emotional reasoning, try to view it with curiosity as data instead of facts.

I've made a conscious effort to step back from the scroll over the last few months.

I’m fully aware of the irony of me posting this on social media, (I promise I see the hypocrisy 😆) BUT studies do show that excessive digital use can impact our mental health, so consider this your gentle reminder, for you and me, to log off for a bit.

Go outside (make the most of the beautiful sunshine!), call a friend, read a book, bake some cookies, whatever helps you reset.

Busy day with the final sessions of 2 group courses, the school run, and a client Zoom.

Thought I was winning at life by putting a chicken in the oven while I worked so the kids could eat before football…

Just realised I’ve had it on a low grill for 2 hours. 😭

Mcdonalds for tea it is then, I did try!

It’s that time again…

Next week is the final session of my two Thursday courses before they restart again after Easter.

That means a few Thursday slots will open up for a short run of sessions.

We all have coping mechanisms or roles that helped get us through. These can be learned from others or reactions that were created when we just had no other option.

But these patterns are things that you do, not who you are. They are not part of your identity.

You can let go of things that no longer serve you.
