After a busy Christmas, I practiced what I preach and made sure that last week was intentionally quiet.

I stayed in my pyjamas, avoided social media, watched all the Harry Potter films from start to finish (before they leave netflix tomorrow), and only really went outside to walk the dog.

Simple, calm, and exactly what I needed! A pretty good way to end the year.

Hope you all have an enjoyable new year, whether you are partying or having a cosy night in like me.

Today, your wellbeing matters as much as tradition. Take breaks, say no when you need to, and remember that peace is a valid way to celebrate Christmas.

Just got home after ending 2025 with a massively long day of reflecting on wins, strategising for Christmas triggers, discussing objectives for the new year, and booked in two new clients ready to start 2026 strong.

Slow down.... When we feel stressed, we automatically speed up our thoughts & actions. So plan a gentle start to tomorrow. Slow breakfast, low lights, no rushing.
