Some mobility and activation,
I've found that since being in my 30s, mobility plays a massive role in how my body feels and my performance in or out of the gym,
People shrug off mobility as being boring and time consuming, or have the notion that they couldnt possibly improve there mobilty, which is far from the truth,
Just 10minutes on a good routine will have massive results over time
It's all about optimising movement
Optimizing is “ to make the best or most effective use of a situation, opportunity, or resource”, and ultimately, that’s what we all try to do, improve the movement. Optimal does not mean perfect. Optimal is simply most favorable
The objective of a MOBILIZATION sequence is to "create space", to improve the individuals ability to move, to make more mobile, to improve the quality of the movement. It's about identifying and addressing factors that limit or present barriers to movement to set the stage for improvement.
