Lin's Body Harmonics Welcome to my page, I am a clairvoyant medium, Reiki Master/Teacher, Reiki Crystal Master, Spiritual Healer & Crystal Healer.

I'm Lin and I'm absolutely passionate about helping others, either through healing or mediumship. I have been studying various aspects of spirituality since 2003. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and have been working with these energies since 2004. I also do crystal healing (qualified since 2004), spiritual healing (qualified since 2005) & can invoke aura flushes (qualified since 2012). All of the above can be sent remotely as well as done in person. I also do clairvoyant mediumship and can (but not necessarily) use oracle cards to assist. I can also 'tune' in to you remotely, using a photo and work with my spirit guides to give you a reading as if you were here in person. I do get psychic information, but my main purpose is to bring through loved ones in spirit. I cannot guarantee to you who will come through, but it will be whoever steps through at that time. I cannot guarantee psychic messages, but if I get them, I will pass them on. I always strive to do all of the above to the very best of my ability in every way, shape or form and it is all done with the very best of intentions. 1 – Abundance (gold coins – I only seek to give you what you ask for)
The Legend: Inside a magical treasure chest, gold coins swap stories. One coin tells how a man foolishly dropped her down a drain, then cried instead of trying to get her out. Later, an enterprising little girl used string and chewing gum to fish her out. The coins remember how this girl saved them, along with many others, and eventually bought a house. As all coins desire to be well spent, they agree that she was indeed a wise person. Inspiration: Think about your relationship with money. Are you the wise girl or the foolhardy man? Money is naturally attracted toward appreciation and gratitude. Personal Inquiry: Be wary of using your financial situation as an excuse to avoid doing something. Are your thoughts and actions around money empowering or disempowering you? Key Ideas: Abundance through gratitude; releasing regret; being good with money. Keywords: Friendship, wisdom, windfall.

2 – Trickery (Kelly the Green Dragon – The tempter is as guilty as the thief)
The Legend: Kelly the Green Dragon has one jumbo-sized acorn to get him through winter. Squirrel spies the huge acorn and decides he just has to have it, to win the forest’s annual acorn contest. To tempt Kelly, he filles a basket with rocks and scatters the tiny acorns he has collected on top. Kelly feels the weight of the basket and steals it, allowing Squirrel to grab the single acorn. But they both lose. Kelly now has less food and Squirrel is disqualified from the contest for cheating. Inspiration: During trying times, things may be easier if you ask for help. Don’t be disappointed if assistance does not come from the place you expect. Personal Inquiry: Am I afraid to tell the truth? How does that fear make me manipulate others? What do I really need to say? Key Ideas: Dance of scarcity; coveting possessions; vulnerable heart; self-honesty, accusing others; hidden motives. Keywords: Vision, honesty, greed.

3 Instinct (Wolf of White Light – There is a guide inside us)
The Legend: Wolf climbs the treacherous rocks, his eyes always fixed on the high ground. During the time he prepared to be a guardian, his master trained him never to turn back. “When we look behind, we sap the energy we are to use in the future.” His master said. Wolf’s defence is his instinct and he senses danger. Hence Wolf journeys on and does not look below for his enemies. He climbs unseen, for only those who seek a spirit guide can see him. Inspiration: Your instinct is finely tuned, so why doubt it? Your journey is guided. Personal Inquiry: How can I master letting go, and move on? Do I trust my inner guidance? Key Ideas: Solitary journey; Spirit lies on the road ahead; led by Spirit; following your instinct. Keywords: Instinct, guides, awakening.

1 – LOVE (The Taj Mahal, India)
Abounding love is emerging in your life, and you are the beloved. You are deeply and profoundly loved and lovable. You deserve pleasure and comfort, and your capacity for these things is expanding. Love is right around the corner, and there is nothing that you need to do to deserve it. Love is pouring out to you and from you. You are a sacred vessel for it to flow through. In matters of romance, all is healing, renewing (or already healed) on the inner planes. In matters of self-love and cherishing all that is within and around you, all is expanding. Trust the messages from your heart, even if they are at odds with messages from your mind. Let your heart lead you forward. Surround yourself with beauty and pleasure. Your life experiences are part of an evolution toward the realisation that you are indeed love. The Creator is love…and in your essence, so are you.

2 – PLANNING (Machu Picchu, India)
You have the free will to choose the experiences of your life. For your dreams to come to fruition, however, you need to make plans. This card indicates that it is valuable, and even necessary to start strategizing now. Don’t just hope that things will turn out. You need to carefully sort out, step by step what you need for your dreams to come true. Start imagining your future possibilities. For example, if you live in earthquake country, you might consider an evacuation strategy or make plans to secure your heavy furniture. If you have a dream of becoming a writer, start researching classes and buying books about writing. A deliberate schedule may be called for: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. What do you want to happen in 5 and 10 years? It’s time to get your foundations in place before stepping forward. Miracles will abound in your life.

3 – LIGHT (The Angelic Realm)
This is your time to remember who you are at your source and where you have come from…pure Light. Your essence is radiant and clear. Of course, there are times when you forget this. We all do. You are a human with a physical body, but at your source you are luminescent, infinite and immortal. Your energy can heal the world. This is also a reminder that angels surround you, always. If you are not feeling their loving luminescence, then clarity is called for. Clutter-clear anything that you do not love or do not use. Remove as much as you can of your physical, emotional and mental load. Get rid of physical objects that clog your energy. Release relationships that do not support you. Move away from situations that deplete you. Make space for light to shine in every area of your life. If your life ever starts feeling dim, close your eyes and visualise wings of light embracing you; your energy will begin to be restored. You are loved more than you can imagine.

I’ll be working at Sutton Coldfield Spiritualist Church on Sunday, my first one of the year, so looking forward to it!

1 – Willing Release
Some days, you have to let go of your struggle to find an answer, and focus on other things for a while. This doesn’t mean giving up altogether or losing anything. Remember that in our co-creative partnership with the Divine, give and take is necessary. You do your part by setting your intentions and taking any necessary actions, but you must then surrender the form, the timing and the ‘how’ to your Higher Power. There is a Divine Plan for each of us. When acting on this faith, you may find that your intense desire for something translates into a feeling of attachment and entitlement. Right now, can you immerse yourself in this experience and allow the Divine Plan to unfold as it will, on your behalf, without interference? Can you be open to receiving what is yours, even if it is not packaged in the form you thought you wanted? Perhaps if you look deeper, you will see that you’ve received the perfect vibrational match to your most authentic wants and needs. You have put in the work, defined your desires and felt them deeply, and engaged that Higher Power. Now you must let go and see what transpires. This isn’t always easy; impatience erodes the foundations of your trust in the Divine. Surrendering truly will serve your highest good. Knowing this truth in your heart – can that really be so difficult?

Key concepts: yielding to a Divine Plan, releasing attachment to form, especially if something isn’t what you expected or wanted, leaving room for serendipity.

2 – Spirit of Gratitude
In prayer, we connect directly to our Higher Power. It is a way for us to be in communion with the Divine, a reminder that our lives are a sacred conversation we are continuously engaged in. Prayer lets us know we are not alone. A power greater than us acts on our behalf and is activated through us, suffusing our hearts and minds with a faith that is life affirming, loving and compassionate. When we pray, we acknowledge that we are only part of the equation of life, that a spiritual aspect is always in operation. We engage in humility, knowing we are in a co-creative partnership and have so much to be grateful for. Expressing gratitude and asking to be of service is the most powerful, prospering prayer of all. When you focus your attention on appreciation for even the smallest aspects of your life and what you have already experienced, it’s like waving a magic wand. Everything you need comes to you without effort. Obstacles fall away and your purpose becomes ever clearer. The kind of prayer that will prosper you and others today is one of deep abiding gratitude. You become a magnet for miracles when you are grateful and ask to be a channel for Divine purpose. The power of Source is within you. Now is the time to awaken it.

Key concepts: the prospering power of prayer, communion with the Divine, expressing deep gratitude as you move through the world, knowing that your prayers will be answered exactly as they are meant to be.

3 – In Perfect Harmony
You’re entering a time of healthy, harmonious partnerships. Collaboration is key here as you’re invited to explore the potential inherent in making a commitment to another person, a group or even yourself. Know that you’re bringing different gifts to the table; you don’t have to be in exact lock-step with everyone else. Being your authentic self actually brings you into alignment with others. You are a note in a harmony that neither overpowers nor is overpowered by any other. Your beautiful interdependence allows you all to shine. Just keep an eye out for a sign that your subconscious, which has been conditioned by your previous hurts and experiences, is working in a way not in accord with what your healthy self intends. For example, you may desire a relationship but expect to be betrayed, so you unconsciously sabotage it. You way you want to lose weight but continue to eat compulsively and avoid exercise. In these moments, you are not attuned with yourself, and this disharmony spills out into all other parts of your life. If this is happening, you might want to take a hard look at yourself, do a self-inventory, forgive yourself, and then start singing a new song of self-love and acceptance. What’s really great about this is how quickly you are now able to turn this around. Have no fear: it is so easy to get back in tune. All it takes is self-honesty and a willingness to heal. You can do it! This really is such a fortunate time.

Key concepts: togetherness, healthy and harmonious partnerships, commitment to a relationship collaboration with others, interdependence.
