Thermo-auricular therapy, or Hopi ear candling, is a warming, relaxing treatment using linen cones soaked in beeswax, herbs, and essential oils. "Candles" are gently placed in the ear to induce a drawing-up "chimney" effect and warm your canal, relieving many ear, nose, and throat issues and inflammation.

Hopi ear candles can help migraines, congestion, allergies, excessive wax, earache, headaches, tinnitus, sore throats, and sinusitis. They are also great to have weekly for 3 weeks before you fly to prevent painful or popping ears.

3 treatments weekly are the most effective. After a course of 3, you can then pause and have another course in 6 months if needed.

Why not add candling onto the end of your Reiki treatment, whilst you're already laying there in deep relaxation?
