Been to my Saturday group this morning and given my members their new Slimming World book. As a member myself I get one too 🙌 I've had a lovely Christmas but cant wait to get back on track and get rid of the bloated feeling!

What a great day for commitment! Brilliant to see lots of you today for the last weigh in before Christmas 🎅🎄

A 1st and 1.5st award given this morning with Slimmer of the week losing 2.5lb and this evening...
A 1st, 2.5st, 8st award AND a brand new target was crowned 👑 and slimmer of the week lodt 3.5lb 🙌

If this is the commitment my members show for December, I CAN'T WAIT to see how they all do in January 🥳
