Yves has a minimum amount of time they expect to be notified of a cancellation. If clients don’t cancel within this time frame, a fee will be imposed. We take deposits when booking to help protect us from financial loss as a no show could mean we lose half a day’s work. No shows and last minute cancellations can be both costly and frustrating.
