What’s a Hyper? 🤔

What’s a hypo?
A hypo (low blood sugar) happens when your levels drop below 4 mmol/L. You might feel shaky, sweaty, dizzy or just not yourself.
It can happen if you take too much insulin, skip a meal or get extra active, so knowing the signs is key.

Type 1 vs Type 2 Diabetes, what’s the difference? 💚
Type 1: body can’t make insulin, it’s an autoimmune condition and is often diagnosed in childhood.
Type 2: body doesn’t use insulin properly, linked to insulin resistance, usually develops gradually, often in adulthood.
