It's been a while as we've had a lot going on behind the scenes at fight or flight but never the less we keep walking and talking.

The summer holidays have been a busy time for all the lads and numbers have been very up and down, but whether we have 2 people or 20 people it doesn't matter, what matters is we show up, take part and support each other.

So whether you are struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression, mental health, work stress, relationship stress, money stress or you just fancy getting some steps in and improving your well being than get involved.

Any man is welcome.

Men's mental health afternoon.

Yesterday a few of the lads headed down to bloomsbury retreat in Kent for an afternoon off talking about men's mental health.

What I love about these events Is you always get men from all walks of life which is always a reminder to me that mental health does discriminate, so it is vital we keep talking about and spreading awareness of mental health.

A big shout out to leanne bodyfixkent for organising the whole thing. And to everyone that spoke or turned up.

And a big shout out to chasarealtalk who even though he was under the weather took the time to speak to us lads for way over an hour even after everyone had gone home. A proper lad that one 💪.

Also big shout out to the lads who made the walk and talk this morning, again 18 guys wanting to better their lives and help other people. So if you want to get involved in the fight or flight group get in touch now. We keep moving boys and girls.

It's that time of the week again.

First of all up the England.

And what a great week us lads had. It's crazy to think that through out the week at all our activites we have over 25 different men of all ages and backgrounds attend.

It's great to see men supporting men, whether it's men struggling with addictions, mental health, loneliness, anxiety, depression, money issues, relationship issues or men just wanting a walk and to support other men. You will never feel out of place at fight or flight.

Our whatsapp group now has over 65members....some speak more than others but it is a fantastic network for men to connect with each other and help each other.

If you fancy getting involved in any of the activities throughout the week then get in touch now. There is strength in numbers guys 💪💪.

New Wednesday mid week evening walk and talk added reigtae priory. See details below

Right let's get this post started with the new walk and talk.

Wednesday evening walk and talk 8.30-9.30pm reigate priory.

Due to popular demand and the long summer nights we have decided to add a new summer walk and talk to the menu. What a perfect way to celebrate getting half way through the week than with a relaxing evening stroll round reigate priory......So lads if your having a stressful week or just fancy joining the growing fight or flight community than get involved in the new walk and talk.

Tuesday boxing 6-7pm @ ringcraft boxing club.

Was a quiet boxing class this week due to the England game being on but never the less a great effort from the lads, unfortunately because Dean decided to injure his knee and make the session all about him he didn't take any photos of the boxing this week. So you will have to have the weeks before photo.

Sunday walk and talk 8.45 -10am reigate hill.

As always it was a busy walk and talk this Sunday. There must have been something in the air on Sunday as Alot of the lads were a bit deflated on arrival but as always by the end of the walk there were a lot of happy faces. What a way to start the day.

It's been a while but we are back. Joint post this evening for the men and women's group

Apologies for the lack of posting. But we have been very busy behind the scenes trying to take fight or flight to the next level.

But in the mean time let's enjoy a post about the last few weeks at fight or flight.

Women's walk and talk Sunday 8.45am reigate priory

It's been a beautiful start to the women's walk and talk, there has been a lot of small and intermate walks that has allowed for some great chats. We have had lots of interest on the women's walk so ladies do not be afraid to come it is open to everyone even if you just fancy meeting new women and having a chat.

Men's walk and talk Sunday 8.45am reigate hill

The men have had an unbelievable few weeks up reigate Hill the weather gods have been kind and that has really helped numbers. What we love most about the most recent photos is the amount of new faces coming on the walks it is really great to see men coming on the walks to have a laugh take the p**s but most importantly encourage each other.

Men's boxing class Tuesday 6-7pm

Has now moved to a Tuesday evening between 6-7pm which has proved to be a popular move. And what a great way to really get into the week than smashing out a boxing class down at ringcraft boxing and the best thing about it, is it's for all levels of fitness and age.
