A BIG thank you to the fantastic team at Morrison, Reigate for making us feel so welcome for our falls prevention visit today.

Great chatting with so many of your customers about ways to stay confident and on their feet! We covered everything from staying hydrated and keeping up with medication reviews to planning for falls and keeping active through diet and exercise, plus the importance of checking those walking aids.

Colder days are coming, and with them, slippery paths, so now’s the perfect time to get walking aids checked. A small step that can help prevent a big fall!

It was great to see so many attending our Forget me not Cafe in collaboration with Woodhatch Community Centre

The group enjoyed a game of Bingo and Higher or Lower with lots of chocolate prizes won .. which went down a treat.

At Right at Home, our professional and personalised care services make the transition back home from hospital as relaxed and worry-free as possible. We are beyond proud to have supported Greg’s mum to get back on her feet and enjoy her independence once more.

“Right at Home provided care for our 80-year-old mother for three months while she recovered from an operation on her ankle. We were initially concerned about how our Mum would cope following her surgery as she was effectively housebound. However, the quality of care delivered by Right at Home has been more than we could have ever hoped for.

Come along for a warm and welcoming space to connect, relax, and share.
Join us on Thursday 6th November.
2–4pm at Woodhatch Community Centre, Whitebeam Drive, Reigate, RH2 7LS

Forget me not cafe will be held then the first Thursday of every month.

Enjoy a friendly chat, a cuppa, and some fun, stimulating activities designed for those living with dementia / memory loss and their loved ones

No need to book – everyone is welcome, and it’s completely free!
