In this time and age of shorter attention span, adulteration in our worlds inside and outside, where one can’t determine who and what is real, the only real compass to operate is our Soul but our minds stand in the way.

To come out of this matrix we need practices that are proven to work. Ancient practices like Vedic (Ta**ra, Yoga) are proven to work.
But they all need months and months if not years to gain mastery.
And that has been the block for many, they have been practicing but not mastered yet.
Usui Reiki got introduced to the world around world war 1 and this energy has been evolving since then to keep up with the needs of the time.
With my practice and experience I have seen it transforming lives when one learns( a word used so much so casually that I feel it has lost its weight but that’s what I meant to convey here)
It needs one day of your life to learn and 5-25 mins everyday to keep the connection going and a mindset to mould yourself.
And everyone learns

Still so many people don’t, and so many will prefer to watch reels over taking a step. So be it.

There was a time, Kids were named after Gods or noble figures. Be it Ram, Krishna, Radha, Mira, Laxmi.
It served dual purpose, nobody would make fun of your name or call you names, as that would like insulting the Gods
And of course the child inherited some qualities of that noble figure they were named after.

Then there was a time, where parents wanted meaningful names.

Then came an era, where we wanted names which were short, global, trendy sounding and not a tongue twister for non native speakers.
