Survive and Revive Survival courses in Cornwall. We specialise in wilderness bushcraft training & survival experiences.

After spending many years in the wilderness teaching bushcraft and survival skills and seeing the impact wild places have on people’s mental health, Survive and Revive was born. Something special happens to people when they reconnect with the natural world in meaningful ways. Wherever hardship occurs, priorities shift and survival is king. It allows you to strip away the responsibilities and press

ures of the modern world, just for a short while; focus on the now, exist, breathe and take stock. Neatly package up your insecurities, your self-doubt and discard them. Go back to your people and your village revived, knowing that you are doing your best and that against all the odds, you are surviving.

This is Survive & Revive.

We’re based in Cornwall, working from over 30 acres of woodland where people come to step away from noise… and into something real.

We work with children, young people, adults, and teams —building confidence, resilience, and practical skills through hands-on experiences in the wild.

During term time, we run our Survival School for home-educated students, alongside our Pathfinders programme supporting those who need a different approach to education.

We partner with schools to deliver meaningful outdoor learning and at weekends and holidays, we run survival courses, family experiences, and group programmes.

But this is more than just learning skills.

It’s about slowing down.Reconnecting.And building a genuine connection to nature.

Because when that happens, everything else starts to shift.

What a day 🔥

An incredible Man Tracking course with Kyt Lyn Walken — and the ground definitely had a lot to say.

From first step to final track, the level of focus, curiosity, and determination from everyone involved was outstanding. We covered everything from subtle sign awareness to building a full picture of movement across the landscape — and watched skills sharpen in real time.

Loads learned. Plenty of lightbulb moments. And a whole new way of seeing the outdoors unlocked.

🌿🔥 Our first week of Easter Time 2 Move was a hit! 🔥🌿

We packed a lot in over the week — food cooked on the fire, shelter building, animal tracking, firelighting, obstacle courses and a whole lot of games, laughter, and proper outdoor fun.

From learning real bushcraft skills to running wild and free in nature, it’s been everything these sessions should be — active, engaging, and full of energy 💚

This is exactly how the holidays should look.

In just 5 days, we welcome world-renowned tracker Kyt Lyn Walken for an immersive day of man tracking here in Cornwall.

This is your chance to step into a different way of seeing — to read footprints, notice subtle disturbances, and follow the story others walk straight past.

Expect a hands-on, engaging day learning:

🌿 Spring Term 2026 in 50 Seconds

This reel probably sums us up quite well, serious skills… and then absolute chaos trying to fold a tarp.

That’s kind of the point though. We learn real things, in real weather, with real people. Some days are focused and productive. Some days everything dissolves into laughter, both are hugely important.

Because what we’re really building isn’t just bushcraft skills, it’s confidence, friendships, resilience, and young people who feel comfortable in the world, outdoors, and in themselves.

Thanks to everyone who was part of the Spring term 🌱 Summer term is going to be a good one.
