Karen

Karen, of East Pool Park, Pool, Redruth, so very sadly passed away at home, suddenly and unexpectedly, on the 28th October 25, aged just 54.

Karen, affectionately known as 'Kazby' to many, was a gentle soul, one who wore her heart on her sleeve and would do anything for anyone.

She always held a great love for animals, particularly horses and dogs. Karen could often be found sat on the bench in the Community Field, exercising her adored dog 'Ralph', (as well as chatting with friends for hours) and ensuring all of the dogs had a steady supply of water, treats, and balls too chase. No dog was ever left out with Karen was around!

Karen was a beloved Mum, Daughter, and a Nanny to beautiful Maddie. Amongst her family, and her many friends in the community, Karen's passing is heartbreaking, and deeply felt.

A service in tribute to her life will be held at Treswithian Downs Crematorium on Monday 17th November 2025 at 3pm.

Donations in Karen's memory will be to benefit 'The Cinnamon Trust' and may be received by retiring collection, or sent to the Funeral Directors at the address below.

Neil

In loving memory of Neil Souch.

Neil of Penponds, Camborne, so very sadly passed away at the Royal Cornwall Hospital on the 18 August 2025, aged 82.

Neil was a retired businessman and former Fireman. He had a great love for nature and the natural world, rehoming dogs, cats, chickens and geese to his home in the country.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 59 years, Jean, their adoring daughters Clare and Anna, and their extended family and friends.

Neil's funeral service will be held at Treswithian Downs Crematorium, Camborne on Monday 15th September at 4pm.

Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Neil will be divided between Cats Protection League and Cornwall Wildlife Trust. Donations may be received by retiring collection, or sent to the Funeral Directors at the address below.

In loving memory of Simon Ian Aonso, who sadly passed away at home on Monday 14th July 2025, aged 59 years.

A devoted dad to Abi and Jemma; cherished Grandad to Freya-Mae; much-loved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

A service to celebrate Simon’s life will take place at Treswithian Downs Crematorium on Friday 8th August 2025 at 11:00 am.

In Loving Memory of Eric Arthur James of Penzance, who passed away peacefully at the Royal Cornwall Hospital on 13th July 2025, aged 88 years.

A dearly loved husband to Pamela; cherished Dad to Nick with Ruth, Tanya, & Rob with Theresa; proud Grandad to Stephanie, Barry, Stacy, Simon, & Rebecca; Great-Grandad to Jess, Keyshia, Caitlyn, Kiera, Millie, Tyler, Wilbur, Rory, Bonnie-May, Saphira, Noah, & Faith; brother to Alan (deceased) & Andrew; a much-loved uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Alan Phillip Hampton

In loving memory of Alan Phillip Hampton Jones of Penzance, who very sadly passed away at home on 5th July 2025, aged 66 years.

A very much-loved brother to Angela & Donna; Uncle to Gavin & Brett; Great Uncle to Byron, Chrissie, Kerris, Elisha & Finley; a highly respected professional colleague and friend to many.

A thanksgiving service will be held at St Illogan Church, Illogan on Wednesday 30th July 2025 at 11:00 am where all are welcome. This will be followed by a private interment.

Flowers are welcomed, and donations in memory of Alan will be to benefit Cancer Research UK & the RNLI. Donations may be received by retiring collection or sent to the Funeral Directors at the address below.
