🚧 Update = Building Renovation 🚧

We wanted to let you know that there are ongoing renovation works in the building where our clinic is based.
These improvements are aimed at creating a better, brighter environment for everyone and are expected to be completed by Christmas 2025.

☀️ Here is a little glimpse into my life … I spent the weekend with my family and taking a moment to pause, breathe and reconnect with myself after a very busy month of August 🙏

🏃‍♂️ Hamstring Injury!

This lovely patient came in with a Grade 2 hamstring strain, a serious injury in the muscle that made walking painful and left a lot of swelling & bruising.

To support their recovery we used:
✨ – to calm down inflammation and encourage healing
✨ Gentle lymph drainage techniques – to ease swelling and bruising
✨ – for support and comfort as the muscle heals

🔑 With the right care, even severe muscle strains can recover well. Early treatment makes a big difference in reducing pain and getting you moving again!
