Before I became an hypnotherapist I trained as a medical doctor. It was only after practicing that I became aware of the benefits of complementary medicine through my own experience. This led me to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy at the Clifton Practice in Plymouth and since then I have never looked back. I am not against the use of pharmaceuticals as a cure for many medical conditions but have become aware that the mind is also a very powerful tool for reparation, well-being and changing lives, both physically and emotionally. Although I am still a ‘medical doctor’ I now refer to myself as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and am very happy to do so.

I now practice in Redruth (Cornwall) and Plymouth (Devon) and am happy to book appointments in either of these practices.
