Fakeaway night… but totally on plan!
Batch-cooked mince (with hidden veggies!) + air-fryer chips = absolute lifesaver tonight
Chips were done in 20mins,
I threw in some kidney beans into the mince while heating it,
Put me mince on top of me chips,
sprinkle of HEA cheese over,
added jalapeños on top…
and boom comfort food done Slimming World style!
My past self is thanking me for prepping ahead from last week and this little bit of planning honestly stopped a full-on self-sabotage moment.
Proof that a freezer stash really can save your journey one meal at a time!
So proud of me right now.
