One thing I really don’t enjoy this time of year is strawberries and raspberries — they’re expensive and honestly… they just don’t taste great to me.

BUT I completely forgot about frozen fruit 🙌

I picked up this bag of Summer Fruits from Aldi for £1.49, defrosted a handful in the microwave while my baked oats were cooking… and they were absolutely gorgeous 😍

A little reminder that you don’t need expensive fresh fruit out of season to enjoy your food and stay on plan 💛

Oh WOW. I just had to share. Having 3 choices is amazing and such a game changer on the new plan. I had toast this morning with my brunch and was still able to have my pitta bread with my home made kebab this evening ! All completely free and totally gorgeous.
I will definitely be talking about this recipe in group!
Ps that’s a garlic and yoghurt dip on the side !
