Myndful Yoga With Jill Myndful Yoga is friendly, traditional, online yoga studio for those who wish to learn and practice yoga in mindful way.

It is centered around classic yoga, mainly using Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. I have practiced yoga for many years before I fully qualified as a yoga teacher. For me, yoga has helped me learn how to switch off, relax and destress from work and a busy life in general. Modern day life is filled with many stresses that can affect us in many ways, and I have found yoga to be the best way to focus on me, my health and wellbeing. My passion for yoga and wanting to help others is what inspired me to train as a teacher, and I want to help others either find their way into yoga, or further their journey from their existing practice, helping people of all abilities to learn the amazing benefits that yoga brings not only to our bodies, but also our mind. With most of us juggling so many things in our lives, finding that time to invest in ourselves can be difficult so I want to help you step back, give yourself time and restore your inner peace. Yoga is something everyone needs in their life. It is not difficult, but finding the time to invest in yourself often is. Once you’re able to make time for self-care, your journey into bettering your health and wellbeing through the practice of yoga will commence – with guidance from me. Thank you everyone for your kind words.

There are two places left on the Beginners Course starting tomorrow evening 6-7pm. Please let me know if you are interested. This is not just for beginners. We will be breaking down the postures in more detail, introducing breathing and meditation techniques and understanding more about all aspects of yoga.🙏 xx

I look forward to welcoming to you to my online classes and helping you with your yoga practice and focusing on your wellbeing.

-- 6-WEEK BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE --
Starting on Wednesday 27th October and running every week until Wednesday 1st December 2021.
This is a 6-week online course and will be from 6pm to 7pm, every Wednesday.
Price is £36 all-inclusive.
Please note zoom link will be supplied once payment has been received. Yoga mat only required.

-- CLASSIC YOGA CLASSES --
Starting on Tuesday 2nd November 2021, this is a Pay As You Go class and will run online every Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7pm.
Price is £5 per class (payable before the class).
Please note zoom link will be supplied once payment has been received. Yoga mat only required.
