If you are thinking of making a charitable donation this year, or would like to help in other ways, please consider supporting out Christmas Appeal.

We believe everyone should have access to support, regardless of their financial situation. As a non-profit charity, every pound we earn goes directly back into providing high-quality, affordable counselling for all.

Our Bursary Fund is the way we ensure that people who are struggling financially can still access the help they need. The demand for this support had grown sharply in recent years, and we would like to build up the fund to continue meeting the need.

You can support the Bursary Fund by:

* Making a one-off donation

* Setting up a monthly contribution

* Organising fundraising or charity event

* Choosing us as your local charity partner

* Raising money through a sponsored event

* Sign up to EasyFundraising and generate funds whilst internet shopping

YOUNG PERSON'S COUNSELLING - How does it work?

Considering counselling? Or maybe a teacher, friend or parent has suggested counselling may help and you don't really know what it is, what to say or how it can make a difference.

If it is something you want to explore then absolutely bring those questions along and share them. Your counsellor will be happy to explain and you can decide if counselling is for you.

The counsellor will listen to any concerns or problems you are experiencing and work together with you to deconstruct the difficulty, identify options and explore strategies to move forward that feels right for you.

Young People's Counselling is available to 11-18 yrs old, or up to 24yrs if still in full-time education. Sessions can be accessed in person at our Epsom or Reigate centres or via video call.

You can apply for reduced-fee or free sessions if the cost is a barrier.

We will be sharing some common questions every Thursday. However eveyone is an individual and the topics brought are wide and varied.

We believe everyone should have access to support, regardless of their financial situation.

As a non-profit charity, every pound we earn goes directly back into providing high-quality, affordable counselling and mediation across Surrey and our Bursary Fund ensures that people who are struggling financially can still access the help they need.

The demand for this support has grown sharply in recent years, and every donation helps us continue providing free or subsidised sessions to those who otherwise could not afford them.

* Organising staff fundraising or charity events

* Choosing us as your local charity partner

During the year people have also supported us by shopping at our charity shop or sponsorship for running the London Marathon.
