It can be overwhelming knowing where to start, or knowing whether counselling is right for you.
You can book a 50 min session with a counsellor to talk through your situation in depth and leave with a clear idea of options to move forward.
The counsellor will help you to think through your aims, consider what resources are available to you, advise which of our services may be most appropriate and discuss any self-help measures.
You then have as long as you want to think about what is right for you, but if you decide to start counselling with us, whether it is a week or a year later, we can just pick up and start work.
