Just back from a brilliant few days in the mountains. Fresh air, big views and a much needed reset.

Running a small business is not for the faint hearted and doing it together as husband and wife definitely adds another layer. Add family life into the mix and sometimes it can feel like a pressure cooker where something has to give.

Stepping away, even briefly, reminds us why we do what we do.

Time to think.
Time to reflect.
Time to reset.

Now we are home, re-energised and full of new ideas, ready to keep building, improving and growing Train Aid Ltd.

Great day competing with .reigate 1st anniversary throwdown. Brilliantly run competition with a great community of people. Always fun to test the body and fitness and see where you’re at and always lots to work on. 😀💪🏻
