🐰 Furry and scaly visitors at Priors Mead 🦎

Thanks to the lovely Kingswood Shetlands team, we had some extra-special guests this week — guinea pigs, rabbits, and even a bearded dragon!

There was plenty of curiosity, laughter, and gentle hands — quite a few happy bunnies that afternoon, not to mention leaping lizards and some very well-fed guinea pigs. 💛

Keeping fit by thinking outside the box

At Priors Mead, we believe that staying active is about more than just movement – it’s about keeping both body and mind strong. That’s why we love welcoming Vince, our dedicated fitness trainer, who brings fun and fresh ways to stay fit. From boxing gloves to balance exercises, Vince makes sure our residents enjoy keeping active while also keeping spirits high. We were delighted to welcome the fantastic Andy Mace to Priors Mead Care Home, where he treated our residents to an afternoon of live music, fun, and nostalgia! 💃🕺

There were smiles, toe-tapping, and even a few dance moves as Andy’s performance brought joy and energy to everyone in the room. Thank you, Andy, for sharing your talent and bringing music into our hearts. We can’t wait for your next visit!

The Priors Mead Easter Party 2024 what a wonderful day! Andy Mace set the party tone, our chef wowed us all with roast lamb and buffet options, and sweet treats delighted everyone. Claire's Easter quiz added fun, and the egg hunt was a highlight, bringing laughter and joy to all!
We want to thank everyone for coming and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
