Team Member Spotlight 🌟

Meet Harry Tonkin, our PBS Practitioner 🤝🏻

With an MSc in Clinical Psychology, Harry brings a deep academic and practical understanding of human behaviour to his role. For over 3 years, he has specialised in complex education for individuals with learning disabilities, neurodivergence, and behaviours that challenge.

Harry holds a Level 2 in Understanding Autism and a certificate in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) from BILD (The British Institute for Learning Disabilities). As an advocate for finding the “voice” in every individual, he specialises in identifying alternative ways to communicate unmet needs through visual supports and low-tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

He believes that support must be person-centred, ensuring that every engagement is tailored to the unique communication style, personality, and priorities of the person being supported.

I’s biggest takeaway from the trip was: Innovation is the ultimate key to inclusion. When we build for everyone, the whole world opens up. 🌍

24 MILES DOWN! A massive shout-out to the Horsham Road team for completing a grueling 24-mile charity walk from Crawley to Brighton Pier 🎉

They did it to support Camfield, an amazing local charity that provides stable housing and the vital support needed for people to overcome homelessness. Every blister and sore muscle was worth it to champion their vision of offering a fresh start.

We’re thrilled to have raised nearly £500! The money will go directly towards fixing Camfield’s critical roof, protecting this welcoming space that offers hope and a path to independence for so many.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, sponsored us and showed their support 🤝🏻
