The sun was shining for us today in the small group class, stunning view for stretches after the class Buckland Park Lake. I am running another drop in small group class tomorrow at the lake at 9am and I’ve got 3 spaces left if you want to join me!? Message me 😀

Two very wet small group classes this morning…Priory Park and Buckland lake. Great effort to those who came it was quite an invigorating experience!! 💪

All the kettlebells have been in use today for the PT sessions at Reigate Hill. There is a weight for whatever your level whether it’s starting out into fitness or pushing on and getting fitter and stronger. Most important is to keep moving and keep building your strength. All abilities welcome 😀💪

Wow that was a cold week to start January! Well done everyone who trained outdoors this week, impressive! Sunrise looks perfect tomorrow for the final class of the week at 8am at Reigate Hill, wear plenty of layers it’s going to be a cold one! 🥶☀️

Last PT session of the year…a mum and daughter session. These two have worked really hard this year and today we went for double battling ropes! Good to start the festive season, excellent work 💪

Wow what a stunning morning….8am HIIT and strong class and some of us stopped for a coffee with a view afterwards Junction 8 at Reigate Hill. Really felt like we were on top of the world!

Great way to start the weekend…hand weight HIIT followed by boxing at the top of Reigate Hill. Also we have social Saturdays in December so time for a tasty coffee from Junction 8 afterwards 😀

Super impressed with the Monday evening gang…driving rain and wind tonight from half way through the class! I think it’s fair to say we feel invigorated and a little exfoliated too!! 🤣

Our Story

I started the Fit Club in Reigate in 2010 to create a group where women can feel part of a community who enjoy exercise in the great outdoors. I believe that a sense of fun, healthy body and mind leads to happy mums. All fitness levels are catered for and women range from pregnancy to menopause with an age range of 30-55. I’m proud to have created a group of supportive, like minded, fun loving people who enjoy exercise outdoors whatever the weather and I’ve made loads of great friends along the way!
