NCyoga Offering weekly yoga, meditation, breath-work classes at Buckland park lake … an area of outstanding But then I just don't use them. I use the group every day.

Our Story

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 7 years. I have over 500hrs training and am qualified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra and Pre and Postnatal.

My biggest pleasure from teaching is helping people to feel more positive about themselves both mentally and physically. The transformations that yoga brings to peoples lives is breathtakingly beautiful.

There is no body that would not benefit from yoga...it has so many gifts to give...so many different styles and caters for all levels, all ages, and EVERbody. Yoga can be strength building, cardio inducing or it can be relaxing and stretching, it can even be as simple as sitting with your breath and a type of mindset.
