My absolute belief is that we should go out to the shops for our food and bring it home. I know this may sound slightly controversial and the overall convenience of having our groceries delivered to our front door seems very alluring, however, I do not really feel that in the long one this does us any favours. Just my thoughts 🤔

Out with the bashers this morning! (so called because they bash into each other the whole time 💥) Getting outside- even on dull days like today in the UK - is so important for brain health and stress reduction and good sleep. Did u know that being OUTSIDE - even on overcast days - will expose you to between 1000-5000 lux (for context, a very well lit room will only have about 500lux)! Getting this light into your eyeballs 👀 is super-good for your mental and physical health, sleep and general sense of well being. Go on, put your boots on ❤️
