Did you know you can now self-refer to the First Community Health and Care’s Falls Prevention Service? If you feel unsteady on your feet or have had a fall - do get in touch with them

✅ Easier access to falls prevention support in east Surrey!

The Steady On Your Feet website provides self-help advice and guidance to support people at risk of falling 👉https://east-surrey.steadyonyourfeet.org/

People registered with an east Surrey GP practice can now also self‑refer into First Community’s Falls Prevention Service, making it quicker and easier to get the right support without needing a GP referral.

UPDATE: Community Connection Meeting – Postponed

Due to a significant increase in demand today, and a high level of concern in the community about meningitis, we have taken the decision to postpone tonight’s Community Connection Meeting.

This will allow our clinical team to focus on supporting patients and responding to those who need care at this time.

We understand this may be disappointing, but we hope you appreciate that this is the right and responsible decision for our community.

The meeting has been rearranged to Tuesday 19th May at Reigate Community Hall, and we very much look forward to seeing you then.

You may have seen on the news that measles is on the rise at the moment.

If your child has not had the MMR (now replaced with MMRV vaccine) or is due a booster, please don't delay to book an appointment. Full details of the vaccination schedule can be found at the link below:
