Five years ago today, I captured this moment to celebrate finishing my yoga trapeze exams, just six months after undergoing bowel surgery due to a combination of bowel disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and experiencing premature menopause at 19.
Since then, I've expanded my fitness journey as a personal trainer, completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training. I’ve also trained in breathing techniques, flexibility (the science of stretching), restorative yoga, hypermobility and a menopause practitioner. I'm currently working toward my 300 hour yoga teacher training. Despite the health challenges I've encountered over the years, I take immense pride in my achievements.
I love working with individuals who are navigating the complexities of chronic pain, as they often feel trapped in a cycle that limits their daily activities. By incorporating breath work, movement and exercise into their routines, we help break this cycle, fostering a renewed sense of empowerment. Our programs not only focus on alleviating physical discomfort through improved strength and flexibility but also address the mental and emotional aspects of chronic pain, helping clients build resilience and confidence in their bodies.
I’ve been honored with the titles of “Health and Wellbeing Specialist of the Year” and “Holistic Workshop Provider of the Year” twice, along with three nominations at the Small Business Awards.

I am a multi-award-winning yoga teacher currently working toward my 500 hour teacher training, all while navigating life post-premature menopause at 20, as well as spinal and bowel surgeries. With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry spanning health clubs and my own Glamping Spa Retreat I specialise as a menopause practitioner, yoga teacher, personal trainer, exercise to music group instructor, aerial yoga, and yoga trapeze teacher. I also serve as a breath coach and a flexibility coach, grounded in the science of stretching. My ongoing studies in biological sciences and biomechanics allow me to blend personal experience with extensive training, helping others enhance their practice and integrate beneficial techniques into their lifestyles.
