I have neglected this page for far too long and so I shall come back to revamp it and create a space for people to see what it is I do with Arbonne and how it works for me. Sooooo I’m taking 5 minutes to enjoy the RE9 Advanced Prepwork.

I’ve poured myself a hot citrus tizzy (that’s a fizz stick in hot water like a cup of tea to you 😊) after doing some chores and a bit gardening.

I used the cleansing polish first. It’s a gentle exfoliating, slightly creamy and foamy (but not too much) wash. That felt great because I’ve got some dry skin on my face since our holiday to Egypt and nothing was helping with that.

Then I used the dew cream which felt bloody lovely! My face feels as soft as my toddlers little bottom 😍

I prepped my tizzy and sat down to put on my eye masks. They feel lush! They’re coated in a serum type liquid that you can pat in gently and use the excess on the rest of your face. They’re like little pieces of gold under your eyes 😍

There’s no scent to any of the range which I would have liked buuuuuuut that said, your eyes are delicate so the last thing you want around those is anything that will irritate.

I haven’t used the veil as yet because I’m still enjoying my eye mask. That can be worn under make up or on its own and will create a flawless look and feel to your face while offering you SPF 30 protection. It has a slight tint to it to 😍

If you’re close by me (say within 5-10miles) I will happily let you try this range and see what you think 😊

Soooooo in a rush for our recent holiday, I left it too late to buy any more Arbonne Suncream so that I would have it in time. I quickly grabbed some super market brand stuff on my way to Manchester airport and thought I was covered. I wasn’t happy with myself but I figured something was better than nothing.

Thankfully, I HAD packed 1 tube of the ABC baby sun cream and was using this on my boys. I wasn’t sure it would last the whole 7 days for more than 2 people. My daughter said she wanted to use the supermarket auncream because it had a spray nozzle so was easier for her to use between the water slides she was on and off of. She ended up with a prickly heat rash on her chest 🙈 and her arms ☹️. Then I remembered that I had chosen not to use this particular brand before for this same reason. Because I’ve always used Arbonne for the last 4 years I had totally let it slip my mind. I felt terrible. Anyway, long story short, the 1 tube was more than enough for 3 people head to foot at regular application intervals. It was also enough for another adult (me) who was burning to use. AND we still had some left 👏👏👏.

My email clicked in a rare moment of network coverage and I saw this offer for our pure perks. I am stocking up right now before the offer ends!! There is no question. I won’t take a chance ever again.

Anyone suffering with prickly heat will understand that we should never take a risk and leave buying decent quality sun cream until the last minute ☹️

Blog

So I’m a good few days past my 30 days program and I have started to reintroduce foods that I had eliminated. Isn’t it funny how our bodies respond to this? I have since noticed that both white bread and cows milk are the actual culprits for creating bloating and excessive painful trapped wind.

Never ever ever in my life would I have thought that either of those things could be responsible for these digestive issues that have plagued my life. I shall see my Dr to see how I can find out more about this. I’m not the kind of person that would create an issue for myself without knowing the facts but it’s remarkable how all of this has come about by simply eliminating for a period of time and then reintroducing food.

I love the science of our bodies.

I am still off tea. I’ve probably had a handful of cups and I don’t like it. I have still kept the healthier snack habits too which is all fantastic news.

I am incredibly grateful I did this cleanse and so I aim to do this again in January. I can see this as a way of life for sure.
